NOTE: Dominion has reached an agreement with Avangrid to acquire OCS-A 0559, where Kitty Hawk North will be developed. The agreement is pending approval by BOEM and the City of Virginia Beach.
If approved, the project will be renamed "Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind South." Until the deal is approved, the Offshore Wind Power Hub will continue to recognize the Kitty Hawk North offshore wind project.
