FEDERAL SCRUTINY: On January 12, a federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia issued a temporary injunction against the federal government's latest stop-work order, allowing construction of the project to resume. The preliminary injunction came after Ørsted filed a complaint on January 1.
