NOTE: In October 2023, NYSERDA provisionally awarded an OREC contract to Attentive Energy 1 for 1,314 MW. In April 2024, NYSERDA announced that it would not move forward with its contract for the project, because the project's intended turbine supplier, GE Vernova, halted development of its 18-MW Haliade-X wind turbine in favor of a smaller turbine, which changed the economics of the project.
