NOTE: On April 23, 2025, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) agreed to pause enforcement of and suspend obligations for Attentive Energy 2's OREC contract with the state. The project requested a pause on January 23, 2025, in response to delays resulting from external factors, including transmission infrastructure development and changes in federal policy. Enforcement of the contract is paused through January 24, 2026. Read more below.
